A mountaintop property named \"White Mountain\" for the fog that regularly rolls through it. Monteblanco is best known as the birthplace of Purple Caturra, a natural mutation of Red Caturra that Rodrigo first identified on just 26 of the farm's more than 20,000 trees, distinguished by copper-purple new growth, deep purple ripe cherries and unusually high sugar content.
