This microlot offers a delightful balance of flavours, with notes of cherry tartness harmonizing perfectly with the sweet undertones of fig and brown sugar.

Caturra varietal, originally hailing from Minas Gerais, Brazil. A farm owned by Linarco Rodriguez at El Diviso, this coffee undergoes meticulous processing to ensure unparalleled quality. Harvested at optimal ripeness, each cherry is carefully floated and hand-sorted to eliminate any imperfections. Following a 30-hour underwater fermentation, the cherries are pulped and gently washed, then dried to perfection under precise temperature conditions.
