Introducing our San Antonio Carlos Pola Dehydrated Honey coffee, featuring a remarkable F1 Hybrid of Sudan Rume & T5296 varietal. Grown with dedication by Carlos Pola at the San Antonio farm, this coffee undergoes a unique process that enhances its flavor.

The cherries are carefully harvested and then dried with a special dehydrated honey method. This process imbues the beans with a distinct sweetness and depth of flavour.

Upon tasting, you'll be delighted by the unmistakable resemblance to Ferrero Rocher, with the sweetness of honey interlaced with a subtle hint of orange acidity.
