Domestic
Free Delivery: Orders over $69 across Australia, via standard Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: Orders under $69 follow Australia Post rates.

We dispatch via Australia Post with standard and express options.
Zone 1 (Metro): Usually next business day with Express Post.
Zone 2 (Outer Metro & Regional): Typically 2–5 business days.
Zone 3 (Rural & Remote): May take a few extra days.

International 
Currently, we ship to Hong Kong. For other countries, email us at smaycoffeeroasters@gmail.com, and we’ll help find the most budget-friendly courier.

Fresh Roasts & Dispatch
We roast fresh coffee every week. To get your order in that week’s roast, please place it by 7 AM on the scheduled roast day.
Orders are sent the next day, freshly roasted, with notifications from Shopify and Australia Post.

Tracking & Caring for Your Coffee
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Please check the parcel on arrival and store your coffee in a cool, dry place to enjoy the best flavour.

Wholesale

Free Delivery: On orders over $175 (around 3 kg), via standard Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: Orders under $175 are charged at standard Australia Post rates.
