Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We want your purchase experience to be smooth and flexible. Here’s how changes and cancellations work for different types of orders:

1. Retail Orders

  • Changes or cancellations can be made up to 7 AM on the scheduled roast day.

  • After this time, your coffee may already be roasting or preparing for dispatch and cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders can also be changed or cancelled up to 7 AM on the scheduled roast day, unless special terms were agreed at the time of purchase.

  • Orders already processed for roasting or shipping cannot be cancelled.

3. Subscription Orders

  • When you purchase a Smay Coffee subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose.

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery.

  • Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled any time after the first two weeks. Cancellations are not permitted within the first two weeks.

  • Once a shipment is prepared, changes or cancellations are not possible.

  • Order confirmation emails include quick links to manage your subscription, and all subscriptions can also be handled through your Smay Coffee customer login.

4. How to Request Changes or Cancellations
Contact us at smaycoffeeroasters@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll confirm whether the change or cancellation can be applied.
