If your coffee product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Providing pictures of the damaged coffee delivery package and indicating where the deliveryman left the parcel will be helpful. We will collaborate with you to offer a replacement product or issue a credit for the purchase price.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
